Politics and mixed martial arts don’t exactly go hand in hand, but when Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone was asked about the current state of the United States political landscape, he didn’t hold back.

In true Cowboy fashion, he dove headfirst into the topic, revealing that he had actually gone backstage at a Donald Trump rally. Having got to know a little more about “The Donald” behind the scenes, Cerrone gave his opinion on the Republican nominee for U.S. president, comparing him to UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor.
