Jones lobs subtle jab Dan Henderson's way in 'Bad Blood: Jon Jones vs. Daniel Cormier'

Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier are now just a week away from their highly anticipated grudge match and title fight.

Jones and Cormier meet next week at UFC 182 in Las Vegas. But before that, a UFC and FOX Sports 1 special takes you behind the scenes of the rivalry in “Bad Blood: Jon Jones vs. Daniel Cormier.”

The show debuts Sunday on FOX Sports 1 at 9 p.m. ET (6 p.m. PT).

The special previews the card’s headlining bout between UFC light heavyweight champion Jones and challenger and bitter rival Cormier.

In a video preview for the show, Jones calls onetime scheduled opponent Dan Henderson “50 years old.” Henderson was Cormier’s most recent opponent, and he dominated him en route to a third-round submission win that left the legend unconscious. Henderson turned 44 in August and was 43 when he fought Cormier.

Jones and Henderson were expected to meet at UFC 151, but Henderson had to pull out the week before the fight with a knee injury. That event ultimately was canceled.

Jones and Cormier were expected to meet in September, but a Jones injury delayed the fight to UFC 182. In the promotional buildup, the two met at a media event in Las Vegas in August, and a scuffle ensued at which punches were thrown and the two fell off a stage. (See the video above.)

UFC 182 takes place Jan. 3, at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.
