A 64-year-old man — who by all accounts is in better shape than all of the MMA media combined — wished UFC interim featherweight champ Conor McGregor good luck in his next bout by doing muscle-ups on camera. By the time his video cuts off, he does seven reps, which is about 832 more than the author of this article can do.
Conor responded with a video of his own, doing almost as many as his senior fan.
