Pat Curran is flying high these days. He’s Bellator’s featherweight champion, having defended his title in April with a win over Shahbulat Shamhalaev.
But back in 2009, he was a young up-and-comer when he scored a second-round knockout over Daniel Straus in the seventh bout of both fighters’ careers. Curran went on to dominate his weight class, and Straus went on to dominate most everyone else in his way – he’s only lost once in the four years since.
Now, this Saturday at 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT on Spike TV, it’s Curran vs. Straus again for the featherweight crown. Can Straus settle the score from long ago? Tune in to find out.
