X Guard Sweep Ball and Chain

The X Guard continues to provide powerful sweeping options. In this video I show you the last move of my X Guard Series called the Ball and Chain.
I use the term "ball and chain" to refer to any time you have an arm fed between your opponent's legs. This can be a very powerful position that gives you a lot of control and your opponent very few options.
