MMA H.E.A.T. brings you Alessio Sakara's open workout, which took place in advance of the first-ever UFC show in Sweden. Filmed at the Pancrase Gym in Stockholm, Alessio, who is Italian, shows off some of the moves he'll use in the co-main event against Brian Stann.  The fight is set to take place on April  14, 2012.
