Regian Eersel made history at ONE: ENTER THE DRAGON, becoming the first-ever ONE Lightweight Kickboxing World Champion after an extraordinary five-round affair with living legend Nieky Holzken. Though Holzken's striking stood up to Eersel in the first round, the younger Dutchman upped the ante in the later rounds, connecting with a series of slick combinations and big knees to turn the tide in his favor. By the fourth frame, Holzken’s output had noticeably slowed down, and Eersel capitalized with a massive knockdown via his signature flying knee.
