Masvidal will likely avoid grappling situations at all costs, though, given who he will be tangled up with this weekend.

Burns has made significant strides in his striking game while playing for Henri Hooft in South Florida, but the multi-time Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion has an advantage over almost everyone he faces on the floor.

Knowing this, Burns has skillfully added a completely new physical dynamic to the equation by working on both his strength training and wrestling. Masvidal might have a long night if "Durinho" starts his grappling game early and frequently.
