Tips for training during Ramadan:
1. Exercise immediately before Iftar or after Suhoor
Personally, for the last few years I have been training two hours after suhoor.
2. In the first few days of fasting, take a break from training so that the body gets used to the regime
3. Train to stay in shape, not to achieve new successes.
4. Reduce training intensity
Light jogging or cycling is best.
5. Be sure to consult with doctors and monitor your health
