UFC officials announced the bout on Wednesday. No other bouts have been revealed for the Las Vegas-based promotion’s trip to the Sooner State.
Reis’ first two Octagon appearances came at bantamweight. The Bellator veteran captured a unanimous decision over Ivan Menjivar in his promotional debut before dropping a split verdict against Iuri Alcantara at UFC Fight Night “Machida vs. Mousasi” in February.
Elliott has faced a difficult road of late, falling to top flyweight contenders Ali Bagautinov and Joseph Benavidez in his last two outings. The 27-year-old Grindhouse MMA representative fell to John Dodson in his UFC debut before picking up wins over Jared Papazian and Louis Gaudinot.
