Video: Ronda Rousey shares a street-fight story on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

After a series of awkward and sometimes-uncomfortable interviews at this past weekend’s UFC event, UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey was in noticeably better spirits on Monday’s edition of “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

The UFC 168 headliner joined ABC’s late-night talk show, hosted by Kimmel, and discussed Thanksgiving, cutting weight during the holidays and the unique relationship with her mom. The best part of the interview, though, was when Rousey shared one of her famous street-fight stories, which came after watching the film “Juno.”

Rousey shares the stories above and below.

The appearance was a stark turnaround from this past Saturday, when Rousey (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) appeared at The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale. Sharing screen time with rival and Dec. 28 opponent Miesha Tate (13-4 MMA, 0-1 UFC), Rousey appeared to be want to be anywhere else. (Check out one of the segments below.)

On Monday, though, Rousey was clearly in a better mood, and it resulted in clearly entertained audience.
