No one has ever accused Nate Diaz or his brother, Nick, of being numbers guys. So it’s unclear why the UFC chose to book him alongside Conor McGregor for an interview on CNBC, which is the business news arm of NBC.
But regardless of the reasoning behind it, the interview was epic… epically self destructive as McGregor evaded specific details and Diaz eventually got bored and walked out mid-interview, causing Dana White to tweet, “This is the greatest interview I have ever seen.”
