Though he made an immediate splash in the UFC, winning his first two fights, Charles Oliveira hit a snag in his last two bouts, with a loss to Jim Miller and blowing a win over Nik Lentz by unleashing an illegal knee that cost him the fight.

He has, however, established with fans that he has an exciting, go-for-broke style that excites fans and opponents alike. Although Oliveira’s UFC on Versus 5 opponent, Donald Cerrone, is cast as a slow starter, once he gets going, like Oliveira, he has an exciting style that brings fans to their feet.

It’s a lethal combination that Oliveira believes has “Fight of the Night” potential written all over it.
