UFC Fight Night 67 weigh-in highlights: Lentz and Oliveira get a little too close

GOIANIA, Brazil – The UFC Fight Night 67 main event fighters were chill during the event’s official weigh-ins. But things briefly got a little too physical between the evening’s co-main event fighters.

The event took place at Goiania Arena in Goiania, Goias, Brazil. The same venue hosts Saturday’s FOX Sports 1-televised event.

Carlos Condit and Thiago Alves went through the standard motions, hitting the scales, making weight and posing for the assembled media before sharing a handshake and friendly hug.

But, before Condit and Alves made their fight official, Charles Oliveira walked forward at Nik Lentz and bumped his rival’s face. As Lentz raised his hand to push Oliveira away, UFC matchmaker Joe Silva separated the two fighters who nodded at each other.
