The 24 fighters participating on the UFC Fight Night 52: Hunt vs. Nelson fight card officially weighed in on Friday in Saitama, Japan. Heavyweights Roy Nelson and Mark Hunt face off in the event’s featured attraction.
“The one thing I respect about Mark, and Mark respects about me, is we’re fighters. We just put on a show for the fans,” said Nelson after stepping off the scales weighing 260-pounds.
“I’m very excited,” said Hunt, who weighed in at 264-pounds. ”I’m looking forward to tomorrow night to bang it out with Roy. Bang it out, baby! I’m ready to fight. I’m ready to swing. Someone is going out, and it ain’t going to be me.”
