Gray Maynard stepped into the Octagon at UFC 125 on Saturday night expecting to take the UFC lightweight belt from Frankie Edgar. He nearly finished the fight in the opening round, but couldn’t put Edgar away.

In the end, it cost him the belt he coveted.
