Legacy Fighting Championship added a lightweight bout between Carlo Prater (31-13-1 MMA) and Carlos Diego Ferreira (6-0 MMA) as main event to its next show, Legacy FC 20, that will be held at American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Prater is a former WEC, UFC and StrikeForce veteran. He went 1-1 in the UFC before losing to Marcus LeVesseur on October 5, 2012 at UFC on FX 5 via split decision what caused his release from the organisation. After that the Brazilian fought Kuniyoshi Hironaka at Vale Tudo Japan 2012 on December 24, 2012 in Tokyo, Japan, but lost again by unanimous decision. Then Prater faced fellow countryman Sebastian Latorre at Fight Now Championship on Jan 25, 2013 in Maceio, Brazil and ended his loss streak by submitting his opponent by kimura at round one.
Undefeated Ferreira has won his last five fights by submission, including his last fight against Danny Salinas at STFC 23 - Trevino vs. Dailey on February 22 this year by rear-naked choke in round two.
