Less than a day after the Ultimate Fighting Championship announced the cancellation of UFC 176, five more of the event’s bouts have found new homes.

What was originally the co-main event of the Aug. 2 card in Los Angeles, Gegard Mousasi versus Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza, has been shifted to Sept. 5 in Ledyard, Conn. The UFC Fight Night card takes place at Foxwoods Resort Casino and will go head-to-head with Bellator 123, which airs on Spike that same night.

The Mousasi-Souza fight is a rematch of the 2008 Dream middleweight grand prix final, where Mousasi claimed victory over “Jacare” via upkick knockout to claim the Japanese promotion’s inaugural 185 pound title.

The other rescheduled fights include a lightweight tilt between Danny Castillo and Tony Ferguson, which will now take place at UFC 177 on Aug. 30 in Sacramento, Calif., as will a middleweight showdown pitting Lorenz Larkin against Derek Brunson. The two new additions will serve as support for the short-awaited bantamweight title rematch between T.J. Dillashaw and Renan Barao.

UFC Fight Night in Tulsa, Okla., on Aug. 23. picked up two more UFC 176 fights in the 155 pound division, adding Tony Martin against Beneil Dariush and James Vick versus Valmir Lazaro. UFC Fight Night “Henderson vs. dos Anjos” takes place at the BOK Center and is headlined by a lightweight tilt pitting Benson Henderson against Rafael dos Anjos.
