Two more fights for the upcoming Strikeforce Challengers card set for June 24 in Washington have been confirmed.
Rising prospect Derek Brunson will make his promotional debut for Strikeforce taking on fellow undefeated fighter Jeremy Hamilton.
Brunson is a highly touted young fighter out of North Carolina who has recently begun training with both Team Greg Jackson and Team Renzo Gracie. Hamilton comes into Strikeforce with an undefeated record as well, hailing from Minnesota.
The other fight confirmed for the Washington card will feature a bout between Caros Fodor, coming off a big win over David Douglas at the last Strikeforce Challengers card. He will face James Terry.
Terry was featured on the same Strikeforce Challengers card as Fodor, where he knocked out Cesar Gracie fighter Josh Thornburg in their fight back in April.
Both bouts were confirmed to MMAWeekly.com by sources close to the fight.
More fights should be announced in the coming weeks, including a bout for Ryan Couture, who is expected to compete on the show.
