UFC officials on Thursday added a bout between Cyrille Diabate and Ilir Latifi to the UFC Fight Night 37 fight card slated for March 8 at the O2 Arena in London.
Diabate (19-9), who holds kickboxing victories over Rick Roufus and Michael Bisping, is a French fighter with a 4-3 record in the Octagon.
He enters the bout with Latifi coming off of a loss to undefeated British fighter Jimi Manuwa at UFC on Fuel TV 7 earlier this year.
A training partner of Alexander Gustafsson, Latifi (7-3) made his promotional debut as a last minute replacement for his training partner against Gegard Mousasi at UFC on Fuel TV 9 in April. He lost to the former Dream and Strikeforce champion, but went the distance, earning further trips to the Octagon.
Gustafsson vs. Manuwa headlines the UFC on Fight 37 fight card.
