Headlined by a pivotal light heavyweight bout between former champion Rashad Evans and rising star Phil Davis, UFC 133 goes down Aug. 6 from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. The main draw -- airing live on pay-per-view -- will also feature the return of Vitor Belfort, as “The Phenom” takes on Yoshihiro Akiyama.
Natal (Pictured; file photo) is still searching for his first Octagon win. After making his UFC debut in September with a loss to Rich Attonito, “Sapo” most recently fought Canadian Jesse Bongfeldt to a draw at UFC 124 in December. Representing Gracie Fusion, the Brazilian owns seven of his 12 career wins by submission.
Representing Team Serra-Longo, Philippou recently had a seven-fight winning streak snapped by Nick Catone in his UFC debut. Prior to his current stint in the UFC, the Cyprus native fought the entirety of his career in New Jersey’s Ring of Combat promotion, racking up a record of 7-1-1 through nearly three years of competition.
