Both Jorge Gurgel and Joe Duarte hit the scale and made their fight official for Strikeforce Challengers 18, happening in Las Vegas on Friday night.

The weigh ins took place at the Palms Hotel and Casino where the event will also be held.

Gurgel hit the mark at 154lbs, while his opponent Joe Duarte came in at 155lbs for the lightweight bout at the top of the card.

Also on the card, debuting middleweight Danillo Villefort came in at 186lbs with his opponent Nate James hitting the scales at 185lbs.

The only fighter who did not make weight was preliminary competitor Nah-Shon Burrell who came in at 172lbs, one pound over the allowance for a welterweight content. Burrell has one hour to make the additional weight or face potential penalties.
