ST. LOUIS – Emmanuel Sanchez upset Justin Lawrence to kick off the Bellator 145 main card on Friday night.

Sanchez (12-2 MMA, 4-1 BMMA) got past local favorite Lawrence (8-3 MMA, 1-1 BMMA) with a split decision thanks to a pair of 29-28 scores.
