'UFC 178 Embedded,' episode No. 1: Conor McGregor gets cozy in Vegas

It’s a new fight week and the debut episode of “UFC 178 Embedded,” which previews Saturday’s UFC 178 pay-per-view event in Las Vegas.

The online series previews ths stacked card at MGM Grand Garden Arena.

In this episode, we learn why it’s good to be Conor McGregor (15-2 MMA, 3-0 UFC). Despite not fighting in the headliner (or the co-headliner, for that matter), the brash featherweight gets the red-carpet treatment, which includes a Vegas suite where he and UFC President Dana White watch this past weekend’s UFC Fight Night 52 event.

Meanwhile, his opponent, Dustin Poirier (16-3 MMA, 8-2 UFC), wraps up camp at American Top Team in Florida as he plans to derail the Irishman’s title hopes.
