This guy is just playing right in to the hands of Fedor haters. I think Fedor is really good, even still. But it's true, his competition hasn't been that good for a while. Silva may have been the best guy he's fought. Unfortunately Silva is a rising star and it's hard to know how he ranks with other top heavyweights.

After seeing the Silva fight, I would bet that Fedor would lose to Brock, Carwin, or Velasquez. I would have really loved to see him fight Velasquez, because he's almost the same size. It would be more a battle of skill. I'm sure that will never happen though :(.

I hope he keeps fighting, and keeps fighting high level competition, but I'm not sure who that would be. Maybe light heavyweight, but I'm sure that will never happen. He doesn't seem like a guy who would want to cut weight.

Fedor was a good fighter back in the day.In the days that the sport wasnt very evolved.It was the same time when Mark Kerr -A pure wrestler on roids- dominated too.It was all about taking your opponent to the ground and pound him until the end of the fight.The guys that werent wrestlers were rudimentary strikers.Fedor was the only one that was complete enough to beat those other one dimesional fighters.I give him credit for his winning streak.He beat solid guys.But then ,when mma was evolving, he stopped fighting top competition.He started to choose opponents ,and all were over the hill ,washed up or too old to be a serious test.They were big names that used to be good but at the time were all past their prime.They were a mere facade. Names without glory.And , all of a sudden, fedor was fighting "big names" and being unbeatable.Yeah right.
