Bro, to all that want to talk about gas out HAVE YOU EVER STEPPED IN THE CAGE? IM TALKING ABOUT AN ACTUAL MMA FIGHT NOT JUST TRAINING AT A GYM! If you have ever fought you know the anextiy/pressure it is, but can you imagine it in the big show (UFC) especially being from HAWAII, the pressure alone would gas anyone, I dont care how much cardio you do all that WHILE TAKING AND THROWING PUNCHES, DEFENDING/SHOOTING TAKEDOWNS, SUBMISSIONS ETC! For all that wanna talk and never actually done it, in case no one ever told you, it is alot harder than it looks on tv or youtube! WAKE UP AND HAVE SOME RESPECT!

Three words

He'll beat rashad worse than he beat shogun, rashad is no where near shoguns level, striking wise, and jones just destroyed shogun...any need to go on?
Jackson is doing the right thing its up to the two guys to sort it out and get themselevs the training they need, either at jacksons or not.

As much as I think a lot of people here are failing to appreciate that they don't know what it's like to train and be a professional fighter, and that they don't have enough respect for such a great gym, I have to agree in part. I mean, Greg doesn't have to like it, and he doesn't have to coach either of them, I respect that, but he should accept that this is actually a product of his own success. That gym is full of champs and contenders.

It shouldn't be THAT bad that you're having to fight a guy from your own gym, as how is that much different than fighting someone from another gym? Of course it's going to feel different, but it shouldn't be a bad thing. This business is about fighting, and there should be nothing stopping you with being friends with some of your opponents from other gyms as well.

Greg seems to be a pretty cool dude. I'm sure Rashed will come back. As well as Jones will probably beat him.
