Your a clown if you think Fedor is "out of shape", not cutting 20 pounds of water weight ever time you fight and carrying around a healthy ammount of body fat does not = Out of shape. He's in better shape than a lot of UFC fighters, and MOST heavyweights.

Joe Rogan is what I call the spokesman of people. Hes the all know and all seeing eye when it comes to mma. Truely someone to marvel. People can pick apart, twist and turn everything he says around. but when it comes down to it. Joe Rogan has his mind right. He continues to and always will choose the most logical and justifyable reasoning. One love.

This is a simple argument; you cannot beat a BJJ black belt who is 60 pounds heavier than you; once BJJ BB gets top position it's over - he weighed a quarter more of Fedor, who did well not to get knocked out.

What I keep saying, and what apparently nobody in mma media or promotion knows, because they never reference it, is that mma is an original olympic sport dating back to ancient greece (over 2400 years ago). It would be good if they could make reference to this. The sport was called "Pankration," and according to historical accounts, it would be very fair to call it mma. It was a combination of boxing, wrestling, and submission fighting, therefore, essentially the same sport.
This would help them promote the sport.

nah i think fedor is past it man, sad to say but...........size only matters on the ground when you get in a dominant position but on the feet it dosnt. bigfoot was outboxing fedor ffs so that alone shows me fedors past it. great fighter though but imagine if he faced overeem...he would get ktfo without a doubt. i think overeem, velasquez and JDS are the top 3 right now in HW.

lol I wasn't defending joe rogan, I was just showing how retarded your points were. If you really want me to name more guys that are bigger physically than ricco...overeem,mir,kongo,nelson,kharitonov,cole konrad, rothwell, and pee wee herman are just a few. I never said sylvia sucks by the way, I just said he cant keep up with today's fighters because hes fat and his cardio sucks. He could win in the past because most of the other heavyweights in the ufc were poorly conditioned like him.A good example is your best buddy Ricco Rodiguez or another is Dan Severn, again if you want me to name more I can. I don't think Fedor is past his prime either, the bigger guys are just getting more and more skilled. If he drops down to 205, I think he would fare much better against guys his own size. A fight with Hendo would be epic.

I agree Fedor made a mistake against Werdum but Silva is not to be underestimated, Fedor didn't loose against "just a guy" yet he lost against a top contender.

look fedor made a mistake w/ fabricio. Had bad luck in his timing w/ big foot.....fedor grew relaxed with age. looked if not a little flabbier, chillin' no big deal goin' on.I'd like to see fedor train harder, add some wieght, come back all prepared and ripped, he would totally be the best!
