I believe Alistair is somewhere in the top of the MMA strikers. To whoever said JDS has heavy hands which makes him a good striker, you are wrong heavy hands does not mean your good. Alistair is the K1 champ and you have to be the best striker in K1(The best of strikers) to actually win the GP. Semmy Schilt is a good striker but not the best he may have won the GP something like 5 times but he just has good game plans and utilizes his height reach very well. If Overeem had met Schilt in last years GP he would have won.

I love interviews like this! Great interview. I think JDS and Andy are the best striker in mma. Andy is the best in the world and you can thank is striking mostly for that and with Dos Santos well he's just been tearing through people with his boxing like its nothing. Plus JDS has never even been in danger and thats why I think he will be the new HW Champion come november 12th but anyways Im not even sure if Overeem is top 5. I would be more impressed with Overeem if Werdum didnt put strike him.

Agree with kuder on that one but if we pick someone on same division i would say JDS have better striking. JDS speed, technique AND heavy hands makes hes striking way better then Alistar, compared to fighters like JDS or like kuder said anderson silva overeem looks like a slugger compared to the 2 brazilians
