read my post better i wasn't just talking about sparring. i said "when we learned to fight and that was to spare and literally fight each other and we never lost a friendship because of it " and If I had the chance to take the belt fighting a friend if i was next in line. Yes i wouldn't care about destroying his legacy and starting my own if i could do it. I would not loose out on trying to make a name for myself and also bringing in more money home to my family. See you have to understand its a job too and if you can fight a friend or not for the title its like your being promoted at your job "more money" and your forgetting the fact is this is a sport and all these guys know what they got into, but some obviously not, like these two idiots George and Rory.. if you don't get it now you'll never get it....

We are not taking about sparring here, it is fighting for the belt !! This belt is zero sum game, it will make the life ( and career) of one and will ' destroy' the life of the other. A lot is at stake! And remember, here we are talking about the ' legacy' of GSP in the division. You do not want to destroy that legacy of your friend....

GSP is right. Its a sport but it s a violent sport... It s not like u are going to play a tennis or basketball game against ur friend. u might break his jaw or damage him so much he will have brain damages for the rest of his life. Yea it is that violent despite all the WWE thing around it. i would nt do that to my friend. It s honor and self values. U can t fight a friend 100 % also...
