It was refreshing to see an interview with Brock that didn't have attitude all through it. Props to Ariel for once again doing a great job interviewing a fighter.

Brock Lesnar has SOOO much potential, it's too bad he doesn't realize he needs a quality coaching staff and training partners. I think he should join the Greg Jackson camp, can you imagine how great this guy would be.

Good to see old Brock back again;say what you like about his ascent but he did overcome the
hugely experienced Greco-R and boxing skills of Randy and the BJJ excellence of Frank Mir,
not forgetting beating a seasoned Heath Herring and the power of shane Carwin.
Is that not a huge achievement? Oh and yeh,he was extremely ill, too. He overcame that, too.

Some of you simply do not appreciate the immensity of those achievements.

Bas Rutten's advice is always good - boxing,taking a punch,moving - and I'm sure he
could work on that. He'll always be a threat and with the Strikeforce barn doors off their
hinges we've got Werdum,Overeem,Big Foot and Fedor to jam it (hopefully) with Cain,
Carwin,Dos Santos and Lesnar. Gonna be interesting for the (lighter) heavyweights
coming up against the 265'ers - Cain showed how to stay up but can anyone else stay
up with Overeem right now?

Why don't they give Shane Carwin another title shot before Lesnar ? The guy lost only once. Weird how UFC organizes their fights !

The absolute best thing Brock could do would be to take Bas Rutten's advice regarding training to take punches. Brock flinches and turns away from punches to the face...not good. He needs to learn to relax his facial muscles and if no sparring partner is allowed to hit him in the face, as El Guapo suspects, that definitely needs to change.
