MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant talks with UFC Heavyweight Champ Junior Dos Santos at the UFC 146 open workouts, and hears what he has to say about fighting Frank Mir in his first title defense. JDS talks about the challenges of defending the belt as opposed to winning it, his preparation for Mir after his original opponent, Alistair Overeeem, was replaced and whether or not he wants to avenge the loss of his teammate Antonio "Big Nog" Nogueira.
