MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant sits down with UFC light heavyweight fighter Krzysztof Soszynski at Reign Training Center in Irvine, CA and hears what he has to say about his upcoming UFC 140 fight with Igor Pokrajac.  Krzysztof has won his last two fights, and he talks about the knee surgeries he's had to deal with, why he prefers a 15 week training camp and why he preferes the coaching philosophy at Reign.  We also hear how long he plans to continue as an MMA fighter and what he thinks about a career in Hollywood when he's done.
