36 weeks! Body changes for days, but I've really come to accept them this pregnancy. I was so nervous last time about weight gain and if I'd be able to 'bounce back' . That's really a funny concept though because there is no 'back' and you will never be the same as you were before. That's the most beautiful thing about becoming a Mother. . After my last pregnancy it removed a lot of my fears about my ability to get into shape post baby and has really allowed me to enjoy this one in a more relaxed way. . Our physical bodies are a small part of who we are. I encourage all Mamas to be as healthy as you can in your pregnancy but don't judge yourself for the changes.
