Woke up on weight! For this cut I mixed a little bit of old school with new school to get these 30 lbs off safely. I worked with @fightfoodco and good ol’ Uncle Bill for my nutrition for this camp. It wasn’t easy and was quite possibly the biggest mind f*ck to only have three bites an hour for the last 6 weeks but I made it. I also made sure to use @tc1gel daily to help get my sweat going during my training and shed my stubborn beer belly (fake abs on point!). And I made sure to surround myself with the best cut team ever! Thank you to my girls @sentenostylist, @natalie.ficarra and @jacquaca for rubbing @tc1gel all over my naked body.
