With Jack's injury, N'Doye-McCombe moves to Cage Warriors 55 main card

An injury has forced a change to Saturday’s Cage Warriors 55 event, and the lineup subsequently has a new main-card bout.

An undisclosed injury has forced Avi Jack (6-2) out his welterweight bout with Philip Mulpeter (5-3).

With too little time to find a replacement, the organization has scrapped the bout completely. In its place, a bantamweight bout between Steve McCombe (17-19-1) and Jean N’Doye (6-1) has been promoted to the main card.

Cage Warriors 55 takes place at The Helix in Dublin, and in the headliner, welterweight champion Cathal Pendred (12-2-1) puts his title on the line against recent UFC co-headliner Che Mills (15-5). The main card streams live and free on MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) for North American viewers (others can catch the action at www.cagewarriors.tv). Untelevised prelims begin at 2:30 p.m. ET (11:30 a.m. PT), and other prelims stream free on Cage Warriors’ Facebook page at 3:10 p.m. ET.
