With Chad Laprise vs. Li Jingliang scratched, UFC 206 proceeds with 13 bouts


Next month’s UFC 206 lineup has lost a bout, but 13 are still on tap for the Canadian show.

UFC officials today announced Chad Laprise (11-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) has suffered an undisclosed injury and been forced out of his bout with welterweight Li Jingliang (11-4 MMA, 3-2 UFC).

A time table wasn’t given for Laprise’s recovery, and Jingliang will be rebooked for an upcoming card.

UFC 206 takes place Dec. 10 at Air Canada Centre in Toronto. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass, though the 13-bout order hasn’t been finalized.

The Laprise vs. Jingliang matchup was announced a month ago.

The latest UFC 206 card now includes:
