Cole Miller defeated fellow feather Andy Ogle and riled up an English crowd with a fiery post-fight interview, but a second-round sweep in their UFC Fight Night 30 bout was the story of the day.
Miller, who ultimately earned a unanimous-decision victory in a preliminary-card bout that streamed on MMAjunkie.com, dominated the action on the mat. That was especially so in the second round.
Stuck on his back and with Ogle (9-3 MMA, 1-2 UFC) standing over him, Miller (20-8 MMA, 9-6 UFC) rolled, swept, moved to mount and immediately transitioned to an armbar. He didn’t get the finish, but the slick move was beyond impressive.
