We’re just three episodes into Season 18 of “The Ultimate Fighter,” and already there’s been enough drama for a season.

High drama was predicted as soon as it was announced Miesha Tate (13-4 MMA, 0-1 UFC) would fill in for Cat Zingano to coach opposite Ronda Rousey (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC). The two are famously not fans of each other dating back to the buildup for their first fight in Strikeforce, at which Rousey took Tate’s title in March 2012.

But on “TUF 18,” there’s an extra wrinkle since of of Tate’s coaches is her boyfriend, UFC bantamweight Bryan Caraway. And Rousey has made no secret that she may have more beef with Caraway than she does with Tate.

On this season’s third episode, the tension reached a new pitch when Team Rousey and Team Tate went to a UFC viewing party. While there, Rousey and Tate had words with each other, but Rousey striking coach Edmond Tarvedyan also had words with Caraway.
