Video: So, about that time Chuck Liddell cut weight in an airport...

While weight-cutting has become a sophisticated (and controversial) process in modern-day MMA, things weren’t always that way.

Take, for instance, former UFC light-heavyweight champion and one of the sport’s biggest fan favorites, Chuck Liddell.

The UFC Hall of Famer joins tonight’s edition of “Undeniable with Joe Buck” (8 p.m. ET on DirecTV and AT&T U–verse’s Audience Network) to discuss his life and career, including his “Iceman” nickname, a theoretical fight against Mike Tyson, getting accepted to an Ivy League school and more.

One of the best stories, though, is his recounting of the weight cut for his first UFC fight (against Noe Hernandez at UFC 17) – which came during an airport layover and eventually in the coach section of his plane, 30,000 feet in the air.

Check out the preview above.
