Video: Ronda Rousey can't comprehend why you don't respect her confidence

LAS VEGAS – For UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, it’s easy to understand. She’s the best in the world, and there’s no one capable of beating her.

“I don’t think there’s any place where anybody’s better than me,” Rousey told MMAjunkie. “That’s the kind of attitude you have to have to be the best in the world, and I don’t know why people are so offended by it.”

Rousey (9-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) meets Canadian challenger Alexis Davis (16-5 MMA, 3-0 UFC) in the co-main event of Saturday’s UFC 175 event from Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Events Center. The five-fight main card, which also features UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman against former light heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida.

Rousey is a massive favorite in the matchup, and for good reason. Is she unbeatable? Rousey thinks so, but is that confidence, cockiness or just the proper mindset for a champion?

Rousey spoke with the media ahead of her bout and explained her position. Check out the video above to hear the complete conversation with the champ.
