Video: Legacy FC 25 highlights, Carlos Diego Ferreira’s title win over his idol

Carlos Diego Ferreira won a title on national television at Friday’s Legacy FC 25 event, but as seen in the event’s video highlights, he had to beat an idol to do it.

Ferreira’s well-rounded attack set up a unanimous-decision victory over Jorge Patino (34-14-2). It also won him the organization’s lightweight title.

Check out that bout and the other highlights from the event, which aired on AXS TV from Houston’s Arena Theatre.

Other bouts included Charlie Ontiveros‘ submission victory over Kaileb Cummins, Larry Crowe‘s tap-out of Jon Kirk, Artenas Young‘s decision win over Jonathan Harris, and Francisco Trevino points victory over Lester Batres.
