If you ever find yourself standing clear across a cage from your opponent, try not to give them the opportunity to run towards you and land a punch. But if you have the opportunity to run clear across the cage and your opponent can’t time a counterpunch accurately, do a “Usain Bolt Punch.”
In the video below, an amateur fighter named Nikko Glasper landed a punch on Tommy Sthair at Nemesis Fighting Alliance that knocked the latter fighter out cold. Props to our friends at the UG for the find.
