Round 1: Page presses the action earlier, rushing Caceres and missing with the high kick. They clinch up and Page drives a knee to the body and tosses Caceres to the mat. Page stands in Caceres’ guard, drops down and tries to get some ground and pound going. Caceres is shifting his hips, trying to set up a triangle, but Page stands up in the guard again. Diving back into the full guard, Page lands a couple hard shots before standing again. Page drops down again, going back to his ground and pound attack, while also fending off Caceres’ triangle set-ups. They continue on this way until Caceres finally locks on the triangle and turns it to a top-mount triangle before slipping off for an armbar attempt, but Page defends and escapes back into Caceres’ full guard. Caceres again gets the triangle on before the horn, but not with enough time left to see if he could finish it. MMAWeekly.com scores round one 10-9 for Caceres.

Round 2: Caceres open with a left kick to the face and follows with a left hand. Caceres lands a knee, but Page scoops him up and slams him to the mat, landing in Caceres’ full guard. Page again goes to work on his ground and pound attack, while Caceres again lands the triangle choke. This time it’s too tight and Page has to tap out before he passes out.
