Round 1:  They exchange leg kicks early.  Albert secures a takedown.  Meza goes for a guillotine choke.  He gains top position.  Meza moves to half guard. He applies a guillotine choke and mounts Albert.  Albert separates his hands and gets free and gains top position in the closing seconds of the round.  It was a close round.  MMAWeekly scores it for Albert.  Technical issues prevented play-by-play for the first round.

Round 2: The touch gloves to start the second round.  Meza delivers a hard outside leg kick.  Albert looks for a takedown.  He applies a guillotine choke and pulls guard.  He transitions to a triangle choke.  He works for an armbar while he has Meza trapped in the choke.  He pulls the back of Meza’s head down.  Meza gets free.  Albert’s legs are fatigued.  Meza takes his back.  Meza has full back mount.  He flattens Albert out.  Meza applies a rear naked choke and Albert is forced to tap out.
