Want to see “The California Kid” fight one last time before he calls it a career? Just $40 will get you in the door, with $175 getting you up close and personal.
“UFC on FOX 22: VanZant vs. Waterson” takes place Dec. 17 at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif. The evening’s main card airs on FOX following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.
Tickets for the event go on sale this week; they start at just $40 and max out at $175 for cageside seats. Additional price levels are set at $50, $75, $90, $100 and $125.
The night’s main event features women’s strawweight prospects with Paige VanZant (7-2 MMA, 4-1 UFC) vs. Michelle Waterson (13-4 MMA, 1-0 UFC). However, the contest between Urijah Faber (33-10 MMA, 9-6 UFC) and Brad Pickett (25-12 MMA, 5-7 UFC) will certainly prove a memorable affair, as “The California Kid” has vowed to hang it up, win or lose.
UFC on FOX 22 tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT local time) at Ticketmaster.com. However, UFC Fight Club members can buy tickets on Wednesday at 1 p.m. ET, and UFC.com e-newsletter subscribers can purchase their seats on Thursday at 1 p.m. ET.
