UFC champs Jon Jones, Ronda Rousey's star-studded WWE SummerSlam adventure

Mike Tyson, Brock Lesnar, Hulk Hogan and Big Show? It was quite the star-studded adventure for UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones on Sunday at WWE SummerSlam 2014.

The world’s top-ranked pound-for-pound fighter was in Los Angeles for pro wrestling’s annual pay-per-view blockbuster.

And a selfie with SummerSlam’s main event winner (and former UFC heavyweight champion), Lesnar, who had some mutual admiration for “Bones” following the event:

Of course, UFC women’s bantamweight champion and admitted pro-wrestling enthusiast Ronda Rousey (with a shirt paying homage to her nickname namesake) was also in attendance with the other “Four Horsewomen” at SummerSlam (via Twitter):

Jones (20-1 MMA, 14-1 UFC), of course, is on the mend following knee surgery that delayed a planned UFC 178 title fight top contender Daniel Cormier (15-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC). The pay-per-view title fight, which has generated no shortage of headlines, is now slated for UFC 182 on Jan. 3.

Rousey (10-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC), meanwhile, recently defeated Alex Davis for her fourth consecutive UFC title defense. She could could return before year’s end, though no opponent has been finalized.
