UFC Veteran Edgar Garcia Replaces Jesse Forbes at Tachi Palace Fighting on Feb 18

An injury has forced former “Ultimate Fighter” cast member Jesse Forbes off of the upcoming Tachi Palace Fighting show on Feb 18. Stepping in to replace him will be fellow UFC veteran Edgar Garcia who will now face Mike Moreno on the card taking place in Lemoore, Calif.

At 8-2 overall, Edgar Garcia has an impressive record and made quite a splash when he made his lone appearance in the WEC, knocking out former title contender Hiromitsu Miura.

Garcia transitioned over to the UFC with the rest of the WEC’s welterweight division, but fell short in two fights with the promotion before receiving his release.

Since that time, Garcia has gone on to win one more fight and hopes to make it two in a row when he fights at the Tachi Palace in February.
