UFC Fight Night 39 weigh-ins set for Thursday in Abu Dhabi; Barnatt, Faber, Gustafsson, Struve host Q&A

Weigh-ins for next week’s “UFC Fight Night 39: Minotauro vs. Nelson” event take place Thursday, April 10 at Abu Dhabi’s Corniche.

The nearby du Arena then hosts the following night’s event, which features veteran heavyweights Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira face Roy Nelson in the evening’s headliner.

Additionally, fan-favorite veteran Clay Guida meets Japanese superstar Tatsuya Kawajiri in the night’s co-feature.

Along with the official weigh-in event, Luke Barnatt, Urijah Faber, Alexander Gustafsson and Stefan Struve will host an open-to-the-public Q&A session prior to the scale proceedings.

Doors to the festivities open to the public at 1 p.m. GST local time. Barnatt, Faber, Gustafsson and Struve take the stage for the Q&A at 2 p.m. GST local time.

The public is also invited to the weigh-in ceremony. The first fighter steps on the scale at 4 p.m. GST local time (8 a.m. ET).
