UFC Fight Night 100 post-fight facts: Ryan Bader inches closer to Jon Jones' record

The second half of Saturday’s UFC doubleheader unfolded in Brazil when UFC Fight Night 100 took place at Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo.

The main event featured two UFC light-heavyweight veterans, and in the end, Ryan Bader (22-5 MMA, 15-5 UFC) continued to solidify his place as one of the most successful 205-pound fighters in company history when he bested Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (22-8 MMA, 5-5 UFC) for a second time in his career, this time via third-round TKO.

The UFC-Reebok Athlete Outfitting payout for the event totaled $120,000.

Debuting fighters went 2-0 at the event.

Thomas Almeida, Cezar Ferreira, Gadzhimurad Antigulov and Pedro Munhoz earned $50,000 UFC Fight Night 100 fight-night bonuses.

UFC Fight Night 100 drew an announced attendance of 9,028. No live gate was announced for the event.

Betting favorites went 7-5 on the card.

Total fight time for the 12-bout card was 1:55:13.

Bader’s 15 victories in UFC light-heavyweight competition are second most in divisional history behind ex-champ Jon Jones (16).

Bader earned back-to-back stoppage victories for the first time in his UFC career.

Nogueira has suffered all three of his career stoppage losses by knockout.

Almeida’s four knockout victories in UFC bantamweight competition are second most in divisional history behind ex-champ T.J. Dillashaw (five).

Almeida’s five UFC fight-night bonuses for bantamweight bouts are tied for second most in divisional history behind Dillashaw (six).

Albert Morales (6-1-1 MMA, 0-1-1 UFC) had his seven-fight unbeaten streak snapped for the first defeat of his professional career.

Claudia Gadelha

Claudia Gadelha (14-2 MMA, 3-2 UFC) has alternated wins and losses over her five-fight UFC career.

Gadelha has earned all three of her UFC victories by decision.

Gadelha’s 26 takedowns landed in UFC strawweight competition are the most in divisional history.

Cortney Casey (6-4 MMA, 2-3 UFC) has suffered all three of her UFC losses by decision.

Krzysztof Jotko

Krzysztof Jotko’s (19-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) five-fight UFC winning streak in middleweight competition is tied with Derek Brunson and champ Michael Bisping for the second longest active streak in the division behind Yoel Romero (eight).

Jotko has earned five of his six UFC victories by decision.

Thales Leites (26-7 MMA, 11-6 UFC) fell to 6-3 since he returned to the UFC in August 2013.

Leites has suffered six of his seven career losses by decision.

Leites has attempted 17 submissions in UFC middleweight competition, which is tied with Kendall Grove for most in divisional history.

Warlley Alves (10-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) has suffered back-to-back losses after starting his career on a 10-fight winning streak.

Alves has suffered both of his career losses by decision.

Kamaru Usman

Kamaru Usman (9-1 MMA, 4-0 UFC) extended his winning streak to eight fights. He hasn’t suffered a defeat since May 2013.

Usman’s four-fight UFC winning streak in welterweight competition is tied with Vicente Luque for the second longest active streak in the division behind Demian Maia (six).

Usman has earned three of his four UFC victories by decision.

Usman has completed 18 takedowns in his four UFC appearances.

Sergio Moraes’ (11-2-1 MMA, 5-1-1 UFC) six-fight UFC unbeaten streak in welterweight competition is tied with Maia for the second longest active streak in the division behind Stephen Thompson (nine).

Cezar Ferreira

Ferreira (11-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) improved to 3-0 since he returned to the UFC middleweight division in April.

Jack Hermansson (14-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC) had his nine-fight winning streak snapped for his first defeat since March 2013.

Hermansson has suffered both of his career stoppage losses by submission.

Antigulov (19-4 MMA, 1-0 UFC) extended his winning streak to 13 fights. He hasn’t suffered a defeat since April 2013.

Antigulov has earned 18 of his 19 career victories by stoppage. Sixteen of those stoppages have come in the Round 1.

Marcos Rogerio de Lima (14-4-1 MMA, 3-2 UFC) has suffered both of his UFC losses by submission.

Manny Gamburyan

Manny Gamburyan (15-11 MMA, 6-9 UFC) announced his retirement from MMA after his TKO loss.

Gamburyan fell to 2-2 since he dropped to the UFC bantamweight division in September 2014.

Gamburyan fell to 4-6 since making his return to the UFC in June 2011.

Gamburyan has suffered both of his UFC bantamweight losses by knockout.

Luis Henrique (10-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) has earned both of his UFC victories by submission.

Christian Colombo (8-2-1 MMA, 0-1-1 UFC) had his seven-fight unbeaten streak snapped for his first defeat since September 2012.

Colombo has suffered both of his career losses by submission.

Pedro Munhoz

Pedro Munhoz (13-2 MMA, 3-2 UFC) has earned all three of his UFC victories by stoppage.

Justin Scoggins (11-3 MMA, 4-3 UFC) was unsuccessful in his UFC bantamweight debut.

Scoggins has suffered both of his career stoppage losses by submission.
