The official lineup is set for this weekend’s UFC 206 in Toronto.
UFC 206 takes place Saturday at Air Canada Centre in Toronto. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.
In the main event, Max Holloway (16-3 MMA, 12-3 UFC) faces off with former lightweight champion Anthony Pettis (19-5 MMA, 6-4 UFC). The two will battle for the interim featherweight title. Holloway is ranked No. 2 in the USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie MMA featherweight rankings while Pettis checks in at No. 9.
In the co-main event, Donald Cerrone (31-7 MMA, 18-4 UFC) and Matt Brown (20-15 MMA, 13-10 UFC) face off in what could well be an explosive welterweight striking battle.
Rounding out the main card is Dooho Choi (14-1 MMA, 3-0 UFC) against Cub Swanson (23-7 MMA, 8-3 UFC) at featherweight, a middleweight clash between Kelvin Gastelum (12-2 MMA, 7-2 UFC) and Tim Kennedy (18-5 MMA, 3-1 UFC) and Emil Meek (8-2-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) vs. Jordan Mein (29-10 MMA, 3-2 UFC) at welterweight.
Misha Cirkunov (12-2 MMA, 3-0 UFC) vs. Nikita Krylov (21-4 MMA, 6-2 UFC) at light heavyweight serves as the featured FS1 prelim, while John Makdessi (14-5 MMA, 7-5 UFC) faces Lando Vannata (8-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) in the lightweight featured prelim on UFC Fight Pass.
